With a background in Engineering, she boasts an impressive track record of over two decades, during which she has skillfully honed her expertise in various facets of Enterprise Risk Management. Her career has traversed diverse roles including Operations, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Business Process Reengineering, IT Audit, Process Audit, Quality Management, and Compliance, all within the Nigerian Financial Services industry.
Notably, Isioma previously held significant roles at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, where she made pivotal contributions to the organization’s risk management and audit functions. She served as the Head of IT Audit, overseeing critical aspects of technology risk management, IT audit, and compliance.
Isioma is a certified expert in Risk Management, recognized under ISO 31000, and holds certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and a Designated Compliance Professional. Additionally, she is recognized as an ISO Information Security Lead Auditor, further exemplifying her extensive proficiency in the field.
